Kim B Miller delivered the keynote address at RIT’s 5th Annual Women’s Leadership Summit, hosted by the Saunders School of Business. Her talk, “Embodiment With & Without Distinctions,” guided attendees in recognizing non-inclusive labels and provided strategies for reframing language to honor each individual’s self-designated distinctions. Using her signature Kimisms, Kim inspired participants to embrace mindful communication and empowered them to interact more thoughtfully and inclusively in both personal and professional contexts.
Women in STEM: ElevateHER YouTube Session | Kim B Miller
ElevateHER’s Women in STEM YouTube series featured a March 2025 session titled “How to Keep Pushing Forward When You Keep Hearing ‘No.’” The talk focused on resilience, confidence, and overcoming rejection in academic and professional spaces.
